CyberScout
CyberScout (formerly IDT911) is a Scottsdale-based cybersecurity company founded in 2003, specializing in identity management, data risk, and breach response services for millions of individuals and businesses worldwide. I joined as Art Director in 2010 and spent nearly a decade leading visual strategy remotely across the company's most significant growth period, managing a distributed team of five designers and delivering 100+ B2B and B2B2C campaigns annually.
During my tenure I stewarded three brand evolutions -- from IdentityTheft 911 to IDT911 to CyberScout -- each requiring a full rebrand while maintaining continuity for an established client base. I oversaw brand identity, style guides, and freelancer toolkits to ensure consistency at scale, and managed a $50K+ design and PR budget with less than 5% variance. I also led creative direction for PrivacyXChange Forum, an annual cybersecurity event that drew 100+ high-profile industry attendees for five consecutive years. For the earlier brand history, see the IDT911 page.
