Salesforce, Customer Films - YouTube Thumbnails

We’re taking a closer look at our thumbnails across platforms. In this phase of our project we’ve assessed and made recommendations for a creative refresh of the customer film thumbnails on YouTube. We approached the project with the primary goal of alluring YouTube viewers to click through to our customer films.
