Privacy XChange Forum (PxF)
As Creative Director for Privacy XChange Forum, an annual cybersecurity and privacy conference produced by IDT911, I led the creative direction and full visual execution for a high-profile executive event over five consecutive years, supporting 100+ senior leaders across privacy, security, and risk management.
I established the event’s visual identity and translated it into a cohesive, scalable system spanning digital promotion, on-site signage, sponsor collateral, and printed materials. Working closely with marketing, events, and executive stakeholders, I ensured the experience communicated trust, credibility, and clarity in a highly regulated, security-focused space.
From concept through production, I owned the end-to-end design process—balancing tight timelines, evolving agendas, and sponsor requirements—while managing a remote team of freelance designers and coordinating with print and production vendors to deliver press-ready assets on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative ideation and event visual system development
Digital, print, and environmental design execution
Prepress setup, proofing, and production approvals
Vendor coordination and delivery management
Freelance designer direction and quality oversights
